Deluxe
Deluxe has been printing business checks since 1915, and that is still the heart of what small businesses buy from it: computer checks that play nicely with QuickBooks and other accounting software, manual checks, deposit slips, tax forms, envelopes, and branded stationery, ordered online with your bank details and logo on them. Quality and bank compatibility are the point - this is the company many banks themselves outsource check printing to - and ordering direct is routinely cheaper than reordering through your bank. The honest caveats: it's a legacy-category product in a world moving to digital payments, and the catalog's sheer breadth can make the storefront feel dated and upsell-happy. If your operation still writes checks every week, buying them well is a small, real win.
Why we rate it
- Checks formatted for QuickBooks and mainstream accounting software, with the security features banks expect
- Ordering direct is typically cheaper than bank reorders for the same product
- One stop for the whole paper drawer: checks, deposit slips, 1099/W-2 tax forms, envelopes, stamps, branded print
Keep in mind
- Paper checks are a shrinking category - a business going fully digital may not need any of this
